Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis

Experience supportive individual psychotherapy and psychoanalysis sessions that help you explore challenges, gain self-awareness, and improve emotional well-being with guidance from licensed therapists.
Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis

Psychotherapy and psychoanalysis both rely on a deep, consistent and finely attuned way of listening developed through intensive clinical training. This allows for the gradual uncovering of the unconscious and the conflicts that shape emotional life. While psychotherapy may focus on specific concerns in weekly sessions, psychoanalysis offers a more immersive process, usually (but not necessarily) involving two or more sessions per week, where the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a space for profound insight, transformation and lasting change.

I consider therapy a collaborative process, guided by each person’s unique experience and needs. When helpful, I integrate other modalities such as CBT, DBT and EMDR.
